“Local produce only” is our motto. We use only carefully selected local ingredients, from wild sweetfish from the Kumagawa River to wild boar game meat. We want to serve our guests only the safest, most delicious food. That is why we created the Suiranrou Vegetable Garden. Most of the vegetables used in our kitchen are grown without the use of pesticides. When mealtimes come around, our chef personally selects the right ingredients, which are picked just before they are prepared.

We believe in using only local produce in all food served at Suiranrou. Guests who came all the way to Hitoyoshi should get to enjoy foods that they can only get here.
Fish such as wild sweetfish and landlocked salmon from the Kumagawa River, of course, but also wild boar game meat. Our kitchen uses only ingredients of outstanding quality and freshness that have been approved by our chef. We are extremely proud of our food.
